Associate Manager - Facilities Management

Support the facilities manager to ensure company assets are properly maintained and kept in working condition according to standards. Help plan, schedule, and report maintenance activities with store and internal stakeholders, oversee store inspections, and manage maintenance execution against requirements and timelines. Track contractor performance, handle incidents and emergency initiatives, manage maintenance consumables and critical spare parts, and compile maintenance/equipment documentation and improvement recommendations.
