Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost control for multiple projects or a single complex project within the programme, ensuring delivery to time and cost targets.
  • •Implement and maintain cost control systems and procedures to track budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts.
  • •Develop and maintain project cost structures (CBS) and align budgets to WBS and control accounts to accurately track actual costs.
  • •Produce accruals and ensure Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP) is reflected accurately and timely in cost data.
  • •Support change and forecasting by providing cost information for change notes and maintaining aligned Estimate To Complete (ETC).

Key Requirements

  • •Project Controls experience specializing in Cost Engineering/Cost Control across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Detailed understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), progress reporting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • •Experience setting and maintaining Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB) and supporting change control processes.
  • •Familiarity with cost breakdown structures (CBS) and aligning time phasing of budgets to work breakdown structures (WBS).
  • •Ability to lead, communicate clearly, and manage stakeholders; BPSS level security clearance is required.
