Troubleshoot and repair general manufacturing machinery, including Sidel, Husky, Nissei equipment, conveyors, and packaging systems to keep production running efficiently. Perform preventive maintenance per schedule, order parts and coordinate with parts teams, and learn new equipment/processes. Ensure safe operation by following lockout/tagout, electrical safe practices, and confined space procedures. Provide training to maintenance and production coworkers and support cross-training growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot and repair general machinery and plant support equipment, including packaging and material handling equipment, to ensure efficient operations.
•Use schematic diagrams to repair electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits.
•Complete preventive maintenance on production equipment according to schedule.
•Determine needed parts/equipment and submit order requests, partnering with Parts Room Coordinators for correct parts and pricing.
•Follow all safety rules and training (including lockout/tagout, electrical safe practices, and confined space entry) and train coworkers on proper and safe equipment operation.

Key Requirements

•Ability to complete preventive maintenance on production equipment on schedule.
•Technical proficiency in at least four skill sets such as Electrical Maintenance, Hydraulics, Packaging Maintenance, Machine Shop, Welding, Electronics, Blow Molding, Air Compressor, Micrometers/Calipers, Refrigeration, Injection Molding, Building Maintenance, or PLC.
•English fluency and strong written and verbal communication, including teamwork and safety-focused instructions.
