Job Summary

Lead cross-functional operational execution across brand partnerships and licensing portfolio, ensuring adherence to contractual terms, governance, and launch requirements. Partner with Legal and Licensing to enforce NDAs and IP protections, develop centralized tracking for license terms, and drive process governance. Educate and audit cross-functional partners, align Product, Merchandising, Marketing, IT, and Commercial teams to execute licensed products on schedule and in accordance with partner agreements and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

•License Compliance & Governance: Serve as the primary operational liaison for all licensing agreements, supporting full adherence to contractual obligations across product, marketing, and commercial processes
•Drive Operational Excellence: Establish process to monitor contractually required approvals and a path for resolving customer concerns or delays that minimize risk to the business and partnership
•Go-to-Market Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams to ensure licensed products are launched in accordance with partner expectations and market strategies
•Confidentiality & Risk Management: Implement and monitor protocols to prevent leaks of unreleased products or confidential partner information
•Cross-Functional Leadership: Ensure alignment, process adherence, and effective communication across Product, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Legal, IT, and Operations as the point of contact for licensed business strategy execution

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, Supply Chain or related degree with expertise in Product Creation, Retail and Management
•8+ years of dynamic operations and/or strategy experience with an apparel/footwear manufacturer or retailer, ideally working in a high-growth organization. Licensed experience preferred.
•Executive presence and ability to collaborate across senior leadership across creative, technical, and analytical teams
•Deep knowledge of product to market process and end-to-end product operations
•Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity within a highly matrixed global company
