Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the initial point of contact for all prospective client inquiries via phone, email, and web form.
•Conduct structured intake interviews to gather relevant case information and assess potential fit.
•Accurately enter and manage prospect data within the firm's CRM and case management system.
•Qualify leads and route cases to the appropriate attorney or practice area based on established criteria.
•Schedule consultations and follow up with prospective clients to reduce no-show rates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 600 - 1,200 monthly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal intake, client services, or customer-facing coordination role.
•Familiarity with legal intake procedures and the general operations of a law firm environment.
•Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills, with a warm, empathetic, and professional tone.
•Strong ability to gather detailed information efficiently while maintaining a positive client experience.
•Experience managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate data records across a high-volume pipeline.
