Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-line production support for equities trading and middle-office platforms across the Middle East region.
  • •Troubleshoot issues in real time as a primary contact for traders and business users to minimize trading disruption.
  • •Monitor system health, trade flows, and platform performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • •Support vendor platforms (e.g., Fidessa, ULLink) and key in-house systems, liaising with vendor support to manage incidents to resolution.
  • •Conduct root-cause investigations, document findings, and support release cycles, enhancements, and configuration changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in production support or application support within an equities trading environment.
  • •Strong understanding of equities products, trade lifecycle, and market flows.
  • •Hands-on experience supporting front-office trading platforms and/or middle-office systems.
  • •Essential familiarity with FIX messaging protocol for troubleshooting and analysis.
  • •Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently in a high-pressure, time-critical environment.
