Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain market maps and landscape analyses across the CRH Ventures focus themes (Aggregates, Cementitious, Roads, Water) spanning ConTech and ClimateTech.
  • •Source, screen, and track early-stage start-ups aligned with the team’s investment theses.
  • •Build and stress-test financial and valuation models using projections, KPIs, and comparable-company benchmarks.
  • •Support end-to-end due diligence (commercial, financial, technical, market) and synthesize findings into clear summaries.
  • •Monitor portfolio-company performance against plan and support accelerator program operations and commercial pilot structuring with CRH operating companies.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, corporate venture capital (CVC), venture capital, or an equivalent analytical role.
