Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of direct reports and drive personal development and team culture across onshore and offshore members
  • •Develop and implement compensation plans aligned to strategic objectives and designed to attract and retain talent
  • •Build sales payback and cost-per-sale models, including end-to-end sales crediting and commissions processing for accurate payments
  • •Support monthly commission estimates and financial accrual processes, and manage timely payout of commissions and bonus plans
  • •Create monthly forecasts and reporting to track sales performance and enable quota setting through robust analysis and best practices

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years supporting sales teams with creating, designing, and operationalizing sales compensation plans
  • •3+ years managing direct reports
  • •BA/BS degree, preferably in accounting, finance, or a business-related field
  • •Strong knowledge of sales processes, segmentation, sales staff sizing, and sales analysis/reporting
  • •Proficiency with SQL, incentive compensation management (ICM) software, BI tools (e.g., Tableau), Google Suite, and comfort working with Salesforce CRM
