Key Responsibilities

  • •Own backend features end to end: design, build, test, ship, and support once live.
  • •Ship changes behind feature flags, typically the same day, using CI/CD and monitoring dashboards.
  • •Plan and deliver changes across multiple services and repositories when features touch more than one area.
  • •Collaborate with product, design, frontend, infrastructure, and mobile teams from initial conversation through release.
  • •Maintain system health by finding bottlenecks, fixing bugs, and improving performance and quality.
