An outcomes-oriented Executive Business Partner who partners with the C-level team to optimize time and priorities in a fast-growing environment. Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate strategic calendar management by understanding business priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts to enable mission-critical work.
•Provide daily executive operations support, including logistics such as meals and workspace readiness, to maximize leadership focus.
•Assist with meeting and board coordination, including setup, guest greeting, and follow-up on action items.
•Develop and maintain a transparent task management system to improve efficiency across the leadership team.
•Plan and organize complex travel itineraries (flights, hotels, transportation) for executives while maintaining comfort and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience supporting C-level leaders in high-growth, complex environments.
•Proactive and self-driven with the ability to anticipate needs and streamline processes.
•Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information and relationships with executives.
•Excellent written and verbal communication with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
•In-office presence and ability to partner closely with executives and cross-functional teams.
