Key Responsibilities

•Drive and implement people strategy tied to the business strategy for assigned client groups as the key liaison for all HR functions
•Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and functional leadership to drive the overall recruitment plan through to successful new hire onboarding
•Serve as a thought leader and take a lead role on the development and implementation of HR programs and processes in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
•Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of HR services, providing strategic partnership on talent strategies and processes relative to organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, employee development planning, and compensation
•Provide meaningful consultation and coaching on employee relations matters consistent with all laws, regulations, and company policies

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
•A minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience encompassing all functional areas of human resources.
•Knowledge and understanding of employment law and compliance requirements
•Ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization inclusive of senior leaders
•Proven ability to effectively coach employees and leadership through complex issues
