Job Summary

Handle end-to-end accounts payable support within the AP support team, investigating invoice and payment issues and resolving problems in collaboration with internal partners. Accurately process third-party audit claims to return overpayments, ensure compliance with AP policies, and evaluate blocked invoices and failed/rejected payments with actionable updates to businesses. Perform analysis to record transactions and prepare and verify financial information.

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing invoices and payments in collaboration with the team and business partners.
•Review and accurately process third-party audit claims to return funds for overpayments.
•Ensure accurate accounts processing in compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
•Evaluate and report action items to resolve blocked invoices and avoid failed/rejected payments.
•Perform complex duties related to preparation and analysis of financial information to record transactions, prepare financial reports, and verify accuracy.

Key Requirements

•An Associate’s Degree (or other 2-year post high school training) and 6 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
•4+ years of experience with a variety of Accounts Payable concepts, practices, and procedures.
•Proficiency with accounts payable invoice issue investigation, diagnosis, and resolution using problem-solving practices.
•Knowledge and experience with SAP, Oracle, and/or JDE, and data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
