Key Responsibilities

  • •Own production operations activities for assigned service provider(s), including quality, manufacturing, and CSR performance.
  • •Ensure proper and timely communication of quality, production, and CSR issues and drive implementation of mandated corrective actions.
  • •Lead and manage service providers to exceed expectations as high-performance suppliers.
  • •Ensure consistent execution and delivery of monthly production plans for assigned service providers.
  • •Drive preventative measures, early awareness of potential quality issues, and recommend improvements in process and quality assurance record keeping/actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree holder with at least 8 years of experience in sourcing handbags, accessories, footwear, or related product lines.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in a managerial level from well-established companies.
  • •Strong sourcing skills and close vendor collaboration with in-depth knowledge of technical production.
  • •Demonstrated leadership ability as a team player and motivator.
  • •Strong data analysis skills and written and oral communication in English and Mandarin (Mandarin is a plus).
