Job Summary

Lead store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience as part of the Potomac Mills leadership team. Coach and develop associates, model customer-focused selling behaviors, and help the team achieve sales goals by tracking KPIs. Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, merchandising standards, and inventory/stockroom flow, including shipping and receiving. Support onboarding, promote local community initiatives, and uphold safety and company policies while fostering an inclusive store culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the store leadership team by coaching and developing associates and modeling customer-focused selling.
•Deliver personalized customer engagement and help the team achieve/exceed sales goals using KPI monitoring.
•Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
•Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
•Oversee stockroom operations, including organizing inventory, processing shipments, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting loss prevention practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.68 - 27.6 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
•Coaching experience developing high-performing, diverse teams.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.
•Ability to drive results, exceed sales and profit goals, and work with shifting priorities.
•A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience).
