Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage visual and operational execution including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by ensuring product recovery, restock/destock, and visual changes aligned with directives and the Visual Manager.
  • •Plan visual floor changes with management using payroll management and adapt zones and visual support to business needs.
  • •Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities through product placement, outfitting, and stock levels; make necessary adjustments.
  • •Lead daily associate execution and guest experience by coaching, guiding, and providing feedback; collaborate on training and support store open/close to visual standards.
