Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the Salesforce team’s scope of work alongside other technical Salesforce project managers.
  • •Lead cross-organizational technical Salesforce projects end-to-end, from discovery and design through implementation and hyper-care.
  • •Develop project plans aligned with business cases and company priorities, including timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • •Lead requirements-gathering sessions, own final requirements and solution design, and collaborate with developers to ensure the right solution is built.
  • •Run relevant ceremonies, keep delivery on track, and manage trade-offs as priorities shift.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience managing technical projects in an enterprise environment.
  • •Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on administration experience, with demonstrated proficiency in Sales Cloud.
  • •Experience managing Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and systems.
  • •Ability to deeply understand technical concepts and credibly engage with engineers on architecture, dependencies, and risk.
  • •Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable technical Salesforce solutions.
