Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with a Master’s degree, or 5+ years with a PhD, in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •9–12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, data center operations, AI server maintenance, or field services.
  • •3–5 years in a technical leadership or management role.
  • •Proven expertise managing large-scale technical projects (1,000+ servers) in AI data center environments.
  • •Familiarity with global best practices in data center operations and AI infrastructure, with PMP/Agile or CDCP/CDCS certifications a plus.
