Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the PMC focal point to monitor, coordinate, and facilitate regulatory approvals, permits, and licenses.
  • •Track permit and approval status across the project lifecycle and maintain a comprehensive permit register.
  • •Coordinate regulatory submissions and follow through to final approval.
  • •Ensure compliance with permit conditions and applicable regulatory obligations; support inspections, audits, and on-site verification.
  • •Identify permitting risks early and coordinate interfaces with authorities to resolve regulatory bottlenecks and protect the schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in a construction-related field such as architecture or civil engineering.
  • •7+ years of experience in Taiwan building permits, reviews, and government authority liaison.
  • •Ability to consult relevant authorities and review permit documents.
  • •Strong performance in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with aggressive deadlines.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken); Korean is a plus.
