Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide planning, coordination, and execution to ensure training objectives are met per program standards and client expectations.
  • •Lead six Operations Managers to ensure course deliverables remain compliant with federal standards, policies, directives, and oversight requirements.
  • •Collaborate with Course Directors and instructors to manage course delivery, student throughput, and operational requirements.
  • •Provide timely updates to Program Leadership (PD/DPM) on course status, risks, and required adjustments to capabilities or resources.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by identifying challenges, implementing solutions, and standardizing communication and tool usage (Excel, WAVE).
