Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee shredding department production, maintenance, and quality control, reporting to the General Manager.
  • •Ensure Environmental and Health & Safety practices and documentation comply with corporate safety policies, OSHA, and regulatory guidelines.
  • •Provide leadership across multiple shifts, including scheduling employees, training on safety procedures, and attending Safety Committee meetings.
  • •Review repair and maintenance needs, plan major projects, and manage spare components and wear parts inventory.
  • •Prepare and monitor daily production reports, manage budgets/capital expenditures, and implement documented quality control aligned with internal and customer specs.

Key Requirements
