Shredder Manager

Lead shredding department operations by overseeing production, maintenance, and quality control across multiple shifts. Assign daily work for equipment operators, pickers, and cleaners, maintain a safe environment aligned with OSHA and regulatory requirements, and build safety SOPs and training. Manage equipment needs, spare parts inventory, production reporting, and departmental budgeting, while ensuring internal controls and documented quality control for finished goods.
