Key Responsibilities

  • •Own ongoing reliability and robustness of production infrastructure by monitoring availability, capacity, and throughput.
  • •Evolve systems by adding reliability into the product roadmap.
  • •Coordinate triage and fixes for critical bugs tied to support or sales requirements.
  • •Recommend and collaborate on production infrastructure changes to ensure 100% availability.
  • •Ensure scalable automated deployment of artifacts across environments and help remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities with the security team.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of experience working with SaaS products at scale.
  • •Working knowledge of managed Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
  • •Knowledge of cloud platforms and tooling: AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, Ansible, Buildkite, Pulumi, and ArgoCD.
  • •Experience with Python/Shell scripting; bonus for Java and Go.
  • •Experience with Linux operating system internals and administration, plus cloud networking (VPNs, Privatelinks, Private Service Connect).
