Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop process flows that break large vehicle assemblies into logical part flows of subassemblies and sub-processes.
  • •Provide guidance on EBOM structure to align engineering definition with manufacturing needs.
  • •Write and complete manufacturing documentation (work instructions, MBOMs, quality plans, inspection requirements, and non-conformances) alongside technicians and inspectors.
  • •Execute and manage the MBOM to reflect as-built configuration and evolve with design changes.
  • •Drive DFM early by performing GD&T checks and tolerance stack-ups to ensure the vehicle design supports a scalable build process.
