Job Summary

Own the end-to-end customer value journey for Celonis’ most strategic logistics/transportation accounts. Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, co-creating long-term transformation visions and driving adoption of the platform through executive communication, roadmap/value plans, and escalation management. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, build customer advocacy via advisory boards and events, and champion innovation through customer insights and playbooks.

•Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, embedding Celonis into customers’ strategic objectives.
•Lead end-to-end customer value journey, including roadmap and value plan development with senior stakeholders.
•Orchestrate internal teams to resolve customer escalations efficiently and align delivery to customer strategy.
•Drive value realization and adoption, ensuring on-time project completion, client satisfaction, and usage targets.
•Organize customer advisory boards and represent Celonis at industry events and thought leadership to advocate for customer needs.

Key Requirements

•Deep exposure to successful change management practices.
•Native-level German proficiency (written and spoken).
