  • •Partner with project team leaders to develop rightsized project strategy and foster a high-performing team environment
  • •Lead matrix team meetings to enable collaboration, decision-making, and alignment with internal and external customers, while managing scope, deliverables, risks, and resources
  • •Communicate complex information clearly to senior leaders and maintain positive cross-functional relationships

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in life science; MS or PhD preferred
  • •Minimum 5 years in biotech/pharmaceutical early development (8 years for Assoc Dir), including 2+ years in project/portfolio leadership with cross-functional matrix teams (5+ for Assoc Dir)
  • •Extensive knowledge of the drug development process with experience in translational stages, target discovery, early commercial assessment and preliminary clinical development
  • •Excellent Project Management Skills with proficiency in tools and software (critical path analyses, scenario planning; PM certification preferred)
  • •Ability to analyze complex information for senior leaders and communicate effectively
