Associate Director and Counsel, Asia Pacific

Provide transactional legal support for Pratt & Whitney’s Commercial Engines business across Asia Pacific, with emphasis on entities and joint ventures. Draft, negotiate, and advise on complex customer agreements; handle contract interpretation and counterparty disputes; advise on local law issues and regulatory compliance. Support corporate governance, global trade (export/import), employment, and data privacy matters while leading and managing the APAC legal team.
