Job Summary

Support the Data Protection & Artificial Intelligence team by helping maintain the organization’s GDPR compliance program. You will update compliance documentation and data processing agreement materials, maintain the personal data processing register in OneTrust, and collaborate with IT teams to keep compliance tooling information current. You’ll also participate in handling data subject rights requests and conduct legal and regulatory monitoring, including on AI-related topics.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in the annual group GDPR compliance maintenance program to ensure compliance, cover identified gaps, and report progress.
•Coordinate with IT teams to keep compliance information updated in the Group compliance tool (OneTrust).
•Draft and update compliance documents (e.g., notices, Data Processing Agreements, consent form, procedures).
•Maintain and update the personal data processing register in OneTrust.
•Support processing of data subject requests regarding their rights, in collaboration with project teams and/or group subsidiaries, and perform legal/regulatory monitoring related to data protection and new technologies (including AI).

Key Requirements

•Master’s-level education (Bac +4/5) in digital law and personal data protection.
•At least experience in a similar role in a law firm, an international company, or a data protection authority.
•Deep knowledge of personal data protection regulations, particularly GDPR, and how to apply them.
•Interest in technological topics, especially artificial intelligence.
•Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong written/oral communication and coordination skills.
