Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the annual group GDPR compliance maintenance program to ensure compliance, cover identified gaps, and report progress.
  • •Coordinate with IT teams to keep compliance information updated in the Group compliance tool (OneTrust).
  • •Draft and update compliance documents (e.g., notices, Data Processing Agreements, consent form, procedures).
  • •Maintain and update the personal data processing register in OneTrust.
  • •Support processing of data subject requests regarding their rights, in collaboration with project teams and/or group subsidiaries, and perform legal/regulatory monitoring related to data protection and new technologies (including AI).

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s-level education (Bac +4/5) in digital law and personal data protection.
  • •At least experience in a similar role in a law firm, an international company, or a data protection authority.
  • •Deep knowledge of personal data protection regulations, particularly GDPR, and how to apply them.
  • •Interest in technological topics, especially artificial intelligence.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong written/oral communication and coordination skills.
