Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day benefits administration for Latin America, including supplemental benefit plans (e.g., medical, dental, vision, life, education reimbursement, retirement).
  • •Ensure health and wellness programs comply with local labor rules and distribute legally required documents.
  • •Provide operational support including data reconciliation with payroll, coordination with benefit administrators, and payment of invoices from third-party providers.
  • •Manage benefits vendor and broker relationships across LAC, including contracting, renewals, and payment processes.
  • •Lead benefits-related changes in Workday (including User Acceptance Testing as needed) and manage benefits calculations/reimbursements, plus support benefits communications and AskHR inquiries across the region.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD).
  • •3+ years preferred (or 2+ years with an Advanced Degree) with strong HR/benefits program support; 5+ years HR/benefits support experience preferred with LAC knowledge.
  • •Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • •Strong analytic and risk analysis skills, high attention to detail, and strong project management skills.
  • •Proficiency with Word and Excel; experience with ADP and Workday is a plus.
