Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute M&A and other strategic transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating definitive agreements, and managing post-closing integration while overseeing outside counsel.
  • •Support financing activities, stock transfers, equity administration, and corporate governance, including investor relations support and board preparation.
  • •Support global expansion efforts, including entity formation, subsidiary maintenance, governance, and compliance such as board meetings and annual reporting.
  • •Manage real estate transactions and insurance matters.
  • •Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable legal processes, templates, and playbooks to drive efficiency, consistency, and best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 168,000 - 252,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •JD degree and licensed to practice in either California or New York.
  • •3-6+ years of corporate legal experience, with expertise in M&A, securities and equity matters, and corporate governance.
  • •Experience supporting fast-growing technology companies, preferably including at least one year in-house.
  • •Experience supporting global expansion and multinational corporate structures.
  • •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and provide solutions-oriented legal advice.
