Location: Singapore
Workplace: Onsite
Employment Type: Internship
Job Function: Data Science & Machine Learning
Seniority: Intern level

Key Responsibilities

  • •Sit with internal teams to understand real problems and sharpen fuzzy requirements through conversation and rapid prototyping.
  • •Build and iterate AI-powered workflows, skills, and agents for non-technical users.
  • •Make deployment and architecture decisions, balancing cost vs. speed/latency and connecting front-end tools to underlying infrastructure.
  • •Debug in production when issues arise for real users, and fix them.
  • •Stay with a workflow after launch until it is measurable and working, and feed reusable patterns back to the pod.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong fundamentals in software engineering; write correct, working code independently.
  • •Working knowledge of GenAI primitives, including prompting, context engineering, and MCP tool/function calling, with hands-on experience building with modern AI/LLM tooling (e.g., Claude).
  • •Ship something real end-to-end (personal, academic, or internship project) that resulted in a working, used piece of software.
  • •Independently break down an ambiguous, unscoped problem and drive it to a solution without a detailed spec.
  • •Debug real failures in a running system (not just local testing) and have experience building agentic workflows or tool-using agents.
