•Own and configure the global SAP ECC/S4 HANA core solution and related transportation tools for transportation process capabilities and integrations.
•Engage stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into effective system design and implementation.
•Provide direct leadership to external contractors for systems project management, implementation, and integration.
•Provide SAP SD expertise across sales order processing, pricing, billing, and delivery; oversee SAP SD module configuration/customization to optimize system performance.
•Lead testing, defect resolution, issue identification, project planning documentation (Project NOW), and on-site hyper care coordination to transition to steady-state operations.

•Over 4 years of experience implementing large-scale integration and transformation programs in OTC/STP and ERP systems, bridging end-to-end processes and technical architecture.
•Experience with project scoping, requirements analysis/definition/mapping, solution/process design, and test planning/scenario creation, including budgeting and forecasting.
•Hands-on experience with SAP modules including SAP WM/EWM, SAP SD (Order-to-Cash), and SAP MM (Procurement & inventory).
•SAP SD/MM configuration, customization, and integration with transportation management systems (TMS), including preferred experience with OTM (Oracle Transportation Management).
•Proficiency investigating end-to-end IDoc processing with middleware teams; SAP certification (MM/SD/WM desired) and ServiceNow proficiency are desired.
