Key Responsibilities

•Represent the commercial insureds in high complexity General Liability and Commercial Auto personal injury cases, including trial preparation and execution.
•Conduct initial investigation, legal analysis, and provide advice; prepare and file legal pleadings and documents.
•Perform legal research and prepare for pre-trial discovery; conduct hearings and trials; manage post-trial activities where appropriate.
•Collaborate with remote teams using video conferencing and computer-based systems to coordinate case strategy and assignments.
•Budget costs, manage diary and billables, and maintain proactive file handling within a team environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Juris Doctor and 7 or more years of experience in the Litigation area
•Member of the Bar in good standing in jurisdiction(s) in which practice is located.
•Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe
•Experience working with Lexis or Westlaw
•Knowledge of the insurance industry, claims and the insurance defense litigation legal environment
