•Own the forward-looking commercial model and bottoms-up forecast across pipeline, conversion, customer usage, retention, expansion, sales capacity, and timing.
•Provide FP&A with commercial outlook and operating assumptions to forecast revenue, spending, margin, and cash.
•Build cohort and financial dashboards for acquisition, customer profiles, conversion, usage, churn, expansion, and unit economics.
•Identify leading indicators, pressure-test growth targets, and flag risks before they show up in financial results.
•Partner across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and FP&A to align assumptions, set targets, evaluate investments, and prepare executive-ready materials.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in commercial finance, business operations, strategy, sales, marketing, or data roles at a SaaS or technology company.
•Strong understanding of consumption-based models and how pipeline, conversion, usage, retention, and expansion drive revenue.
•Built detailed operational forecasts and translated commercial activity into forward-looking growth outlooks.
•Highly analytical with strong financial modeling skills plus Excel and BI/data capabilities.
•Understand SaaS and cloud economics (gross margin, retention, expansion, CAC, payback, lifetime value, sales productivity).
