Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide executive administrative support including calendars, communications, priorities, and business activities.
  • •Prepare and update presentations and correspondence for assigned executive leaders while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • •Maintain awareness of organizational communications, leader messaging, and key deadlines; coordinate team engagement activities.
  • •Coordinate meetings and events, including schedules, attendees, agendas, materials, and documenting action items and follow-ups.
  • •Manage travel and expense reporting, office resources, filing systems, and administrative expenditures aligned with budget stewardship and efficiency.

Key Requirements
