Commis II (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, portioning ingredients, and performing basic cooking tasks such as grilling, frying, sautéing, and baking under senior chefs’ supervision. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas, help with stock rotation and inventory to reduce waste, and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with plating and garnishing, coordinate with kitchen staff, and monitor cooking processes for consistent quality.
