Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end-to-end administration, optimization, and adoption of legal department software platforms with proactive user and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Lead and support CLM implementation activities, including process design, rollout support, user adoption, training coordination, issue tracking, and continuous improvement.
  • •Identify and implement improvements to CLM workflows, intake processes, playbooks, reporting, and contract management practices.
  • •Develop and maintain knowledge management processes, resources, templates, trackers, and documentation to improve consistency and accessibility.
  • •Drive departmental reporting and change management, including operational metrics/dashboard reporting, governance-related deadlines, budget-related reporting, and adoption support for AI-related initiatives.

Key Requirements
