Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the test process for Dell products covering client, server, and storage combinations across business units.
  • •Supervise and support test execution for products at various contract manufacturing sites in Vietnam.
  • •Support deployment and bring up of early test processes for new products; consult with supplier test engineers during development phases.
  • •Manage installation and bring up of test equipment to support mass production.
  • •Generate and review test functional plans/BOM and test coverage; participate in supplier evaluations, audits, and weekly product yield reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or related technical major) and at least 4 years of experience in test, design, or manufacturing of electrical products.
  • •Strong English communication skills (verbal and written), including communicating well in difficult situations.
  • •Ability to understand simple to highly complex hardware configurations including PC, server, and storage systems.
  • •Experience with the hardware and software development lifecycle process.
  • •Be willing to support meetings across various time zones on occasion and work a flexible schedule.
