Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist supervisor/manager with coordinating personnel and enforcing company policies, procedures, and food safety/GMP guidelines
  • •Understand daily production requirements and set up line(s) with adequate tools/staff before shift start
  • •Perform functions of assigned area and act as backup for personnel during absences or breaks
  • •Gather and accurately record production and attendance data; create and disseminate departmental reports
  • •Train/cross-train employees, support process optimization and improvement metrics, and participate in departmental meetings

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent
  • •Minimum six (6) months relevant experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
  • •Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written); multiple languages preferred
  • •Demonstrated leadership skills to delegate tasks and coordinate personnel
  • •Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize/manage multiple projects
