Pay Services Manager

Lead the Pay Services function to ensure payroll, expenses, earned wage access, and employee loan services scale with Bupa’s growth agenda. You’ll manage a team of payroll specialists and consultants, oversee payroll processing and compliance, implement monitoring to improve customer interaction quality, and provide monthly KPI information. The role also drives professional development across the payroll community and implements new legislation and initiatives with minimal disruption.
