Job Summary

Manage and audit fleet service billing by coding and costing invoices using VMRS, answering PO line inquiries, and resolving invoice discrepancies with service providers. Index and route invoices through the workflow system, process rebills for Roadside and TMCare, execute applicable TMCare resets, and mark invoices as Work & Cost Complete (WACC). Partner with the Accounting team to ensure accurate billing and support department needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform VMRS coding and costing of invoices and audit invoices to ensure correct billing.
•Handle Purchase Order (PO) line inquiries and overflow calls.
•Contact service providers to resolve invoice discrepancies or inquiries.
•Index invoices into the workflow system and drag-and-drop invoices into appropriate events.
•Process rebills for Roadside and TMCare services, execute TMCare resets as applicable, and mark invoices as Work & Cost Complete (WACC).

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or an alternative combination such as a related degree/certification beyond HS/GED, or 5 years’ experience in a related field.

•Excellent written and verbal communication plus interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment.
•Experience with operating computers and office equipment for data entry, faxing, emailing, and document copying (preferred).
