Key Responsibilities

  • •Unload deliveries, verify contents against purchase orders, and ensure receipt processes are met.
  • •Pick and fulfill work orders accurately and efficiently, including correct identification, labeling, packaging, and documentation.
  • •Track inventory levels using Excel and warehouse management systems; conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • •Generate and update inventory reports in Excel to support management decisions and process improvements.
  • •Maintain a clean, safe, well-organized warehouse environment and collaborate with team members to resolve issues and optimize operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a warehouse or logistics coordinator role or equivalent.
  • •Experience collaborating cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or warehouse management and inventory control tooling.
  • •Forklift license and valid drivers license; ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
