Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage a detailed project timeline for the sorting fulfillment center build-out.
•Track key milestones (site handover, equipment installation, system integration) to ensure timely delivery.
•Partner with automation/equipment, procurement & labor, and on-site operations to resolve resource conflicts and drive alignment.
•Identify and mitigate risks across construction and system integration, including permitting delays and supply chain constraints.
•Lead end-to-end readiness and acceptance so hardware and software meet operational requirements prior to launch.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of project management (PMO) experience in logistics/warehousing, automated fulfillment centers, or manufacturing environments.
•Familiarity with warehouse construction processes, low-voltage systems, and automation equipment (e.g., cross-belt, tilt-tray systems).
•Strong ownership and resilience, including willingness to work on-site during critical project phases.
•Excellent cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills.
