Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with program, engineering, business/estimating, and supply chain teams to manage successful contract execution.
  • •Provide guidance on contractual and business issues, advising management on rights/obligations and mitigation of contractual or program risks.
  • •Contribute across pre-proposal strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and program start-up phases.
  • •Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and BAA materials to support proposal development and negotiation.
  • •Construct, submit, and negotiate terms/conditions and pricing proposals; negotiate contracts and support program execution reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
  • •5 years of experience specifically with contracts and/or subcontracts.
  • •Experience with US Government contracts under FAR and/or DFARS.
  • •Experience with Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF), and/or Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF).
  • •Professional written and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with internal and external customers.
