Job Summary

Maintain and repair facility structure, equipment, and grounds, performing trades work across mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Conduct routine and preventive inspections to prevent breakdowns, including servicing equipment such as forklifts, lifts, lighting, hydraulic systems, fountains, and pumps. Install modular furniture and wall systems, perform preventive maintenance on vehicles, and support on-call maintenance coverage nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform maintenance and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical equipment.
•Perform maintenance on equipment including forklifts, passenger lifts, lighting, hydraulic equipment, fountains, and pumps.
•Install and de-install modular systems furniture and install floor-to-ceiling modular wall systems.
•Conduct preventive maintenance on company vehicles.
•Store and transport hazardous materials as part of facility maintenance and repair activities.

Key Requirements

•High school graduate or GED.
•2+ years of experience in preventive maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical repairs, painting, machine servicing, and vehicle servicing.
•Willing to work overtime and weekends when necessary, and available for on-call maintenance duties nights and weekends.
•Basic computer literacy with working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
•Must have a valid driver license and must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
