Own and evolve the SSC performance governance framework by designing KPI and SLA definitions across P2P, O2C, and R2R. Build single-source performance datasets that reconcile ERP and BI sources to ensure data accuracy and visibility into SLA adherence, volume, and cycle-time trends. Partner with Data Analytics and Finance Systems to create governed dashboards and enable self-service reporting, while driving continuous improvement through automation and value-creation insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, standardize, and continuously improve KPI and SLA frameworks across P2P, O2C, and R2R with consistent calculation logic.
•Establish and maintain performance datasets as the single source of truth by reconciling data across ERP systems and BI tools.
•Monitor SLA adherence and analyze volume and cycle-time trends, proactively highlighting risks and underperformance.
•Partner with Data Analytics and Finance Systems to design and enhance dashboards with governed, self-service analytics for senior stakeholders.
•Drive continuous improvement by quantifying automation/process impact and acting as a thought partner to leadership on performance optimization.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years in FP&A or performance management, ideally in high-volume, multi-country environments.
•Proficiency with Google Apps (Google Sheets, GBQ), SQL or Python scripting, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
•Knowledge of SAP, Concur, and Ariba.
•Detail-oriented approach to data accuracy with a proactive mindset for identifying issues and insights.
•Demonstrated exposure to LLMs and generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, N8N, Gemini, NotebookLM) for data analysis and workflow automation.
