Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the smooth running of the kitchen with support and direction from the management team.
  • •Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe kitchen environment while adhering to high food hygiene standards.
  • •Manage portion control, preparation, storage methods, and due diligence to avoid food wastage.
  • •Support shop-floor service by replenishing stock and ensuring products are in the right place at the right time.
  • •Fulfil online and Click & Collect customer orders, including helping with checkout support and on-demand deliveries.
