Facilities Manager

Run the Hong Kong office facilities operations and ensure the workplace meets global standards. Collaborate with building management, IT support, HR, Operations, and administrative teams while building strong vendor relationships. Own compliance and utility oversight (HVAC, electric, fiber, generators, water), manage maintenance and repairs, coordinate security/safety procedures, and handle space management, renovations, and office/MAC move workflows.
