Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and comply with safety policies, set the standard for safe behavior, and reduce safety risks and hazards.
  • •Proactively maintain, improve, install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems and equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot failures, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and follow up to minimize repeat failures.
  • •Drive preventive/predictive maintenance efforts to eliminate unplanned failures and optimize maintenance procedures.
  • •Document all maintenance activity in the CMMS and communicate with operations to resolve abnormal or degraded equipment conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in a similar role (IMRT Sr level) and demonstrated competence in the IMRT competency matrix.
  • •Technical skills to proactively maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems/equipment.
  • •Ability to read and understand mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics, including PLC program logic.
  • •Working knowledge of electrical work in compliance with NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety in the Workplace).
  • •Proficiency using a CMMS and standard computer programs (Microsoft Office Suite).
