Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate category strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers and internal partners and stakeholders.
  • •Implement processes to monitor customer satisfaction with key suppliers and recommend targets to maximize value.
  • •Conduct strategic sourcing initiatives including supplier/industry analysis, benchmarking, should-cost models, and market intelligence.
  • •Lead or participate in negotiations for contract extensions, renewals, renegotiation of prices, and bundled RFQ processes.
  • •Develop, negotiate, monitor, and enforce contracted terms and conditions while building trusted partnerships to drive cost, supply, and resilience.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 10 years of experience in the Facilities & Construction Category.
  • •A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • •Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects concurrently with strong project management skills.
