Production Coordinator

Coordinate and support live concert event production across the DC, Baltimore and Virginia markets. Assist the production manager with administrative and logistical show tasks, manage personnel such as runners and backstage assistants, handle petty cash and company card processes, arrange local ground transportation, and maintain casual labor timesheets. Help coordinate food and beverage aspects with caterers, support show pass and guest list distribution, and respond to artist/tour needs on show days.
