Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee store people and operational functions, including staffing, zoning, training, onboarding, and execution of operational standards.
  • •Conduct final interviews for key positions and use the applicant tracking system to source, select, and hire candidates.
  • •Manage store training strategy with the Store Director and education partners, and support ongoing development.
  • •Create weekly schedules, approve time-off requests, and manage payroll in line with company, regional, and district guidelines.
  • •Drive operational excellence by managing inventory processes (shipping, receiving, returns, tester and supply control, cycle counts) and performance reviews for the store.
